We always recommend doing a test patch first to check your bodies response and receptivity to the product. Apply a small dot of the product in the crease of your elbow or behing the knee. Wait 5 minutes. If there is no redness, swelling or itching then you are clear to use. This is a full capacity dilution for ultimate strength. If you are using on kids we recommend using it with a few extra drops of olive, avocado or coconut oil.
