Oil cleansing is a wonderful, gentle and healing way to clean your skin. The principle we all learned in science class is key here: like disolves like. It is a great makeup remover, the warmer the water the better. ( don’t burn your skin) It also helps with acne, reduces redness and swelling, heals and tones skin. Use before bed and leave it on all night. In the morning, gently wipe of the grime with a warm wash cloth or a light amount of our great face soaps.
