Oils that don’t belong in beard oil and why… 1. coconut oil: due to its comedogenicity, it cloges pores leading to breakouts and doesn’t absorb into hair well due to its molecular structure. 2. fragrance oils: they are artificial, although no reactions are noticed are not healthy for your body, don’t belong in your blood stream and can jack up your family jewels(hormone disruption). They are also drying to hair and skin. 3. Canola or mineral oil are both extremely processed and contain traces of chemicals.
